One of the Islamic boarding schools that is growing and developing is the Mazro’atul Lughoh Islamic boarding school in the English village of Pare, Kediri. This article examines the existence of Islamic boarding school management regarding one of its programs, namely book acceleration, seen from the actuating side. The method used is descriptive qualitative research through data collection by interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the research show that the da'wah management in the book acceleration program in terms of mobilization, which is known from the mobilization steps, is providing motivation and guidance, communication, development and improvement of human resources or students' talents. Providing motivation is applied by providing examples through stories from friends and scholars when studying, conducting study abroad, muhadhoroh and watching films. Meanwhile, guidance or direction is carried out, one of which is by providing microteaching. In terms of communication, using polite language, teachers know and do technical things during the learning process. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. As a community media, nusidoarjo.or.id has several limitations, one of which is financial limitations so nusidoarjo.or.id is managed by volunteers. However, nusidoarjo.or.id, which is on a district scale, is quite productive, because it is able to upload 3-5 articles every day. Research data was obtained through interviews with managing editors, regular journalists and contributors. From the editorial management carried out using George R. So this paper examines the preaching of para ning as a religious reference on social media, with a focus on research on the preaching of Ning Imaz, Ning Sheila and Ning Umi Laila. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Primary and secondary data were obtained through documentation in the form of profiles, preaching content, and analysis of articles and content on social media. The result is that the da'wah carried out by Ning becomes a reference for netizens, especially women, and is able to color social media with moderate Islamic content. Dalam hal ini memerlukan sebuah monitoring pada setiap masyarakat modern yang mengupload konten dakwah di media sosial, monitoring ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa penting para mad’u mengikuti dan mengabaikan. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Metode pengumpulan data teks, seperti dokumen, wawancara, atau catatan lapangan, kemudian menganalisisnya dengan cara mengidentifikasi pola, tema, atau makna yang muncul dari teks tersebut. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini dari instagram, youtube dan Tiktok. Tujuan utama dari analisis konten adalah untuk mengungkap pola, tema, atau makna yang terkandung di dalam teks tersebut. Langkah-langkah dalam analisis konten 1) Penentuan Unit Analisis, 2) Pengkodean, 3) Kategorisasi, 4) Interpretasi. Learning can be more effective if the learning elements are fulfilled. One of the supporting factors for the success of learning cannot be separated from the use of technology as a learning medium that is more interesting and makes it easier for educators and students. Therefore, to facilitate teaching and learning activities, especially in teaching the da'wah method, educators should be able to see the needs of their students, namely by developing technology-based learning media. One way is by utilizing WhatsApp media as a learning medium. This application is a communication medium that can be developed as an interactive learning medium by students, especially in da'wah methods courses. Through this media, lecturers and students can carry out the learning process remotely outside the classroom. This research method uses research and development methods, namely by developing a product and then developing it by testing the effectiveness of the product. The learning model used is CTL. According to Prihantoro (2015) CTL is a problem-based learning model, utilizing the student's environment so that they can obtain learning activities, with group, independent learning activities, and learning with the community.
