PENGUATAN VISI SEKOLAH ABAD KE-21 : PENDEKATAN KONSEPTUAL DAN IMPLEMENTATIF DALAM ERA TRANSFORMASI PENDIDIKAN

Tidak sedikit sekolah yang memiliki visi tertulis namun gagal menjadikannya ruh dari gerak kelembagaan sehari-hari. Di sinilah masalah sesungguhnya berakar — visi yang sekadar administratif, dibuat untuk memenuhi tuntutan akreditasi, dan tidak pernah sungguh-sungguh meresap ke dalam budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini mencoba menjawab persoalan tersebut dengan merumuskan model penguatan visi sekolah yang memadukan dua jalur sekaligus: pendekatan konseptual dan implementatif, sebagai fondasi transformasi pendidikan yang tidak sekadar bersifat permukaan. Untuk itu, kajian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) dengan analisis konten deskriptif-kualitatif terhadap literatur manajemen pendidikan kontemporer yang terindeks Scopus. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi konseptual, visi sekolah perlu merangkul kecakapan 4C dan literasi digital; sementara dari sisi implementatif, keberhasilannya bergantung pada kepemimpinan digital yang transformatif dan tumbuhnya budaya learning organization. Yang membedakan penelitian ini dari yang sebelumnya adalah hadirnya model integratif dua jalur yang tidak memisahkan antara orientasi teknologis dan penguatan karakter — keduanya dirajut dalam satu kerangka visi yang kohesif. Bagi pengelola lembaga pendidikan, terutama di ranah Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, penelitian ini menawarkan panduan praktis untuk mengubah visi dari sekadar pajangan dinding menjadi penggerak nyata perubahan sekolah.
